Our Centre of Excellence, which is focused on customer support, has developed our own UFO methodology, which is focused on three pillars which ensure a long-term successful system operation at customers’ sites.
Part of our methodology is also the provision of suggestions for business improvements. We provide special pricing for implementation of those improvements as the efforts are beyond a certain threshold. Below that threshold, smaller improvements can be implemented via the bucket hours, which are typically part of a support and maintenance agreement between us and our customers.
